Impact Report

Winchester Thurston School’s 2022 – 2023 Impact Report

Dear WT Supporters,

I am delighted to share with you the remarkable achievements and growth we have experienced at WT over the past year, all of which have been made possible by your generous support. Together, donors like you invested more than $3.8 million into our community, helping our students, faculty, and staff achieve these incredible outcomes.

In the fall of 2022, we welcomed the first Junior Pre-K class (ages 3.5+), increasing our student population to a remarkable 670 students. This summer marked the much-anticipated opening of the Joan Clark Davis Center for Interdisciplinary Learning. Our location in the vibrant heart of Shadyside provides close proximity to City as Our Campus (CAOC) partners and a myriad of local opportunities. By expanding the classroom beyond our campus walls, our students enrich their educational journey with a diverse array of experiences and connections in Pittsburgh.

Your generosity empowers us to cultivate learning, foster a sense of community, and prepare our young people to make a difference in the world. I am deeply grateful for your support in making WT’s vision a reality.

With gratitude,

Scott
