Extended Day Programming is available at the Lower School North Campus for students in Pre-K - grade 5. It is designed to be a convenient and helpful service to families and to provide a warm and nurturing environment for young children. The program begins the first day of school and is in operation on all regularly scheduled school days.

Morning Care:
Operates from 7:30 - 8:00 a.m. and is provided as a free service for parents who must drop off their children before the start of the regular school day. Students in Pre-K - grade 5 meet in the Multipurpose Room.

Extended Day – After School:
The afternoon program operates from 3:05 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. (Pre-K, 2:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.). Students sign in and meet in the Science Lab upon dismissal. Extended Day for Pre-K students is available free of charge from 2:30 – 3:05 p.m.

Pricing is as follows:

• Dismissal at 4:30 p.m. is $12 per day
• Dismissal at 6:00 p.m. is $20 per day
• Students who register for and attend a WTAfter3 Enrichment Program after school can take advantage of the Extended Day Care before or after their themed programs at no additional cost.

Parents are billed $10 for every five minutes after 6:00 p.m.

Homework Lab – After School:
Homework Lab is available on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays for North Campus students in grades 3 - 5 from 3:05 – 4:30 p.m. A proctor will be on hand to supervise students as they complete their homework.

Extended Day — North Campus Full Day Programming

Full Day Programming at the North Campus is provided on Conference Days in the Science Room between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The full day programs are open to all students in Pre-K - grade 5 and the price per day is $65. Families must register for these programs in advance.

A relaxed, fun, and challenging day will be planned with ample opportunity for free play. There will also be themed, organized activities. Please have your child dressed appropriately for outside play (no uniform required). A morning and afternoon snack will be provided, but children must bring a bag lunch and a drink.
