WT After 3: After School Enrichment Programs

WT After 3 offers a great line-up of exciting After School Enrichment Programs.  Students can grow, learn, explore, and play after the end of the traditional school day.  Our instructors, specialists in their fields, offer programs that complement our curriculum areas, build academic skills, develop creativity, and strengthen athletic ability. 

The fall program catalog features 30 new programs for students of all grade levels – PK through grade 5.  The falls session will start the week of September 13 and run through the week of December 13. 

Each class meets one day per week for approximately one hour. The exact dates of the programs will follow the school schedule and will be listed with each course description.

Students are encouraged to bring an after school snack to school with them, which they can eat from 3:15 p.m. - 3:30 p.m. before their program begins.

Registration deadline: Friday, September 3, 2010. Register early as classes will fill quickly. All registrations will be processed in the order received; you will receive confirmation via email after the registration period has ended.

Cancellation Policy: All classes are subject to minimum and maximum enrollment. In the event of cancellation, Winchester Thurston will attempt to notify students in advance and refund the entire course fee. If a student must cancel and cancellation is received 14 days prior to the class start date, you will receive a full refund. If cancellation is received less than 14 days but at least seven days prior to the class start date, you will receive a 50% refund of the class cost. There is no refund for cancellations received less than seven days before the class start date.
